zCart is a multi-vendor marketplace platform sold as a commercial product. The customer app is the storefront: browsing across vendors, search and filtering, cart and checkout, order tracking and reviews — all driven by the zCart backend so any operator can ship it under their own brand.

A multi-vendor marketplace is not a shop with more products. The cart can hold items from several sellers with different shipping, different fulfilment times and different return terms, so what looks like one order to the buyer is several orders underneath — and the split has to be visible enough that a partial delivery does not read as a mistake.

White labelling adds a second axis. When one codebase ships as many branded apps, everything that varies — colours, name, icon, endpoints, enabled features — has to be configuration rather than code, or each new client becomes a fork that has to be maintained forever.
