FasterBrain is a brain-training game built around short reaction, memory and pattern drills that scale in difficulty with the player. Scores and personal bests are tracked per exercise so improvement is visible session to session.

Difficulty that adapts is a different design problem from difficulty that steps. The target is a success rate high enough to stay motivating and low enough to stay informative — around seventy to eighty percent is the usual range, and holding it means adjusting continuously rather than at level boundaries.

Reaction drills also have a floor that is not a design choice. Simple visual reaction time sits around 200 to 250 milliseconds for most adults, and choice reaction is slower still, so a game that keeps accelerating eventually meets the limits of the player's nervous system rather than their skill.
