A bilingual medical practice site in the Gulf is mostly a language-direction problem. Arabic runs right to left, and mirroring a layout is not a styling switch — it changes which side navigation sits on, which direction icons point, and how mixed strings behave when a Latin phone number appears inside Arabic text.

The SEO side is equally structural. Two languages need separate URLs and reciprocal hreflang annotations so search engines serve the right one rather than treating them as duplicates, and a practice site depends heavily on local search, where the structured data describing a physician and a location does more than the copy does.
