Drop a screenshot onto a gradient backdrop with padding, chrome and shadow, then export PNG.
Padding a screenshot onto a backdrop is presentation, not decoration: a raw screenshot has a hard edge that fights whatever it is placed on, and giving it margin and a shadow separates the artefact from the page around it. Browser chrome adds context — it tells the viewer this is a web page without a caption saying so.
The trap is drowning the content. A dramatic gradient and a heavy shadow pull attention to the frame, and the screenshot is the point. Generous padding with a restrained backdrop and one soft shadow almost always reads better than the alternative.
