The point of realistic fake data is that it breaks layouts honestly. Names of wildly different lengths, addresses with line breaks, and the occasional apostrophe surface the bugs that a table full of "test test" never will — and a schema you define yourself means the shapes match the fields your app actually has.

SQL insert output is the format with a sharp edge: a generated name containing an apostrophe has to be escaped or the statement breaks, and that is the same class of problem as injection. Generate into a test database only. Realistic-looking data is also worth keeping out of screenshots, where readers cannot tell it is fake.
