A guided, fully offline privacy checklist — lock down the settings nobody ever touches.
Most privacy exposure is not the result of an attack but of defaults, and the settings that matter are spread across places nobody visits — ad personalisation, location history, app permissions granted once and never reviewed, old third-party account connections.
A checklist works here for the same reason it works in aviation: the task is not difficult, it is easy to skip a step, and the cost of a missed step is invisible until much later. Being guided and offline matters more than usual for this particular subject, since a privacy tool that phones home has an obvious credibility problem.
