Timeprint

World clocks, a meeting planner and a timezone converter — fully offline, no login.

Scheduling across time zones fails in a small number of repeatable ways, and daylight saving causes most of them. Countries switch on different dates and some do not switch at all, so there is a window each spring and autumn where the usual gap between two cities is an hour different and a recurring meeting quietly moves for one side.

Offsets are not stable properties either — they are legislation, changed by governments with weeks of notice. A meeting planner that shows several zones simultaneously is doing the one thing arithmetic cannot: making the overlap visible, including which participants are being asked to take a call at an unreasonable hour.
