Rounds

Build any interval routine once — workout, stretch, kettle timer — and run it with big distinct phases. Offline, on-device.

Interval timing needs different feedback from a stopwatch, because you are not watching it. Phase changes have to be unmistakable without looking, which is why distinct audio and large visual states matter more than precision here.

The format generalises well beyond exercise. HIIT, mobility work, stretching sequences and kitchen timing are all the same structure — a defined sequence of phases with fixed durations, built once and run repeatedly. That reuse is the actual value: a routine you rebuild each time is a routine you eventually stop doing.
