PackList

Reusable checklists for packing, groceries and to-dos — with templates. On-device.

The value of a packing list is not the list, it is the reuse. A list written from scratch each trip forgets the same things every time — the charger, the adaptor, the thing you only need in cold weather — because you are recalling under time pressure rather than reading something you refined last time.

Templates are what turn a checklist into a system. A base list per trip type, adjusted rather than rewritten, gets more complete with every use. It works the same way for groceries and for any recurring errand where the failure is omission rather than effort.
