LittleLog

A privacy-first newborn tracker for feeds, sleep and diapers — everything stays on your phone.

Newborn tracking exists because the questions come at the worst possible time. A paediatrician asks how many wet diapers in the last day and how long since the last feed, and the answer has to come from someone who has not slept properly in a fortnight.

So the design constraint is one-handed logging in the dark. Anything requiring two hands or attention will not survive contact with an actual 3am feed. The privacy point is not abstract either — a feeding and sleeping log is a detailed record of an infant, and it belongs on the phone rather than on someone's server.
