Hydrate

A daily water-intake tracker — goals, quick-add logging and streaks, all on-device.

Intake needs vary far more than the familiar eight-glasses rule suggests — body size, activity, climate and diet all shift it, and a meaningful share of daily water comes from food rather than drinks. The rule persists because it is memorable, not because it is accurate.

What a tracker is actually good for is noticing a pattern you cannot feel. Thirst lags behind need, and mild dehydration shows up as tiredness or a headache rather than as thirst, so people under-drink for reasons they never connect to water. Quick-add logging matters because a tracker that takes ten seconds per entry stops being used by the second week.
