BaseCalc

A programmer's number-base and bitwise calculator — convert, toggle bits, and run AND/OR/XOR/NOT/shift, all on-device.

Programmer calculators exist because ordinary ones hide the representation, and the representation is the question. Whether a value is 0xFF or 255 or 0b11111111 changes nothing about the number and everything about what you are debugging.

Bitwise work is where seeing the binary matters most. A mask that is one bit off is invisible in decimal and obvious in binary, and the sign behaviour of a right shift on a negative number differs between languages. Toggling bits directly rather than computing the value is usually the faster route to the constant you actually want.
